Shipping
- Item will be shipped Same Day is your order before 3pm monday to friday after payment is cleared and verified.
- Standard delivery is sent Royalmail First Class mail.
- Special Next Day Delivery is send Royal Mail special delivery, please note orders placed on Friday will arrive the following monday, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday as per Royalmail terms and conditions.

- Buyer is liable for the consequence of delivery delays, return or lost, if you do not purchase insurance.
- We do NOT ship to PO Box address.
- We do not always ship the blister pack with items as some packing is bulky.
- Postage and Insurance are non-refundable.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you receive it.
- Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
- eBay listing and selling charges, postage and handling incurred will be deducted.
- In case of defect, an RMA number will be issued and replacement will be sent out as soon we can verify that a defective items was received back in our offices.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance and we will make a replacement or credit depent on our availabiliy.
- Returned units found to be in working order will be returned at buyer expense. Shipping, Handling, Insurance charges are not refundable.
- We charge a 20% restocking fee, if you return a product because you changed your mind or purchased the wrong item.
