The Casio Exilim Card EX-S880, although compact, takes high resolution photographs and has a high quality movie function that can produce widescreen TV quality video.
One of its more innovative functions is the new YouTube mode which attains movies of the quality suitable for uploading onto YouTube. A software application is included within the package which makes it quick and easy to upload.
Having 8.29 megapixel, 3x optical and 4x digital zoom (12x when combined), the Casio EX-S880 produces an excellent variety of scenarios. There are 6 lenses in 5 groups, including aspheric lens. Still image is recorded as JPEG (Exif Ver 2.2) DCF standard, DPOF compliant and movie as H.264/AVC.MOV with WAV. Available modes include: still image, still with audio, movie with audio, and BEST SHOT with 39 different scene choices. The Casio Exilim EX-S880 is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery (NP20) giving approximately 220 images with playback of approximately 4 hours and continuous recording of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. There is also a card slot which will take SD/SDHC/MMC/MMCplus.
The Casio Exilim Card EX-S880 has a built in flash, White Balance of auto, manual and a choice of 6 modes, and ISO sensitivity of auto, 64/100/200/400/800.
