Samsung is undoubtedly one of the premier mobile phone manufacturers in the world at the moment and has churned out model after model that has taken the world by storm. However, the fact that they have had such success in the past has made it harder for their models to step up to the plate in recent years. The Samsung D830 did make that jump though and is one of the most popular models that there has ever been. It takes all of the sexiness and functionality of its immensely popular predecessor, the V3, and goes one better!
With a casing that simply exudes class, there is nobody that would not been seen with it. It is quite conceivable that you would see megastars like David and Victoria Beckham trotting around the upmarket clothes shops in London sporting one of the D830s! It exudes sophistication and yet remains incredibly sexy, with the discreet handset making it easy to store and the functionality making it even easier to use effectively. It is a slider that features a functional and aesthetically beautiful screen, which is crystal clear with a great resolution owing to the LCD screen. It may not be huge but it certainly is beautiful.
As such, the images provided by the D830 are brilliant as well. The camera is the standard 2MP one that most phones feature today, but it is not detrimental to the model itself. It is easy to use, aesthetically fits well with the phone and produces fantastic image. The screen can show every detail of every image thus making it an important part of its makeup, but what about the storage of the images? Is the memory up to it?
The answer is a resounding yes! With 80MB of inbuilt memory, there is more than enough room to store a whole host of images on the phone itself. However, if that was not enough, there is also a slot for a memory card added on the side of the D830 model so that you can increase the phone’s capacity as and when you choose.
With a document viewer, voice memory and TV output as well as the usual bluetooth connectivity and WAP, the D830 is a fantastic phone that is ideal for those individuals that want to look the part and have a phone that is the part to go with it.
